Discover how technology can enhance your life

Do you support someone who:• is living with dementia?• falls often or worries about getting help in an emergency?• struggles to get to medical appointments?• has high blood pressure and needs regular monitoring?

If so, we’ve got something exciting for you!

NHS Highland TEC has teamed up with Highlife Highland to launch Wellbeing Tech Thursdays!Join the TEC Team for our monthly drop‑in sessions—a new, hands-on way to explore how simple technology can make everyday life healthier, safer, and more connected.

When: The last Thursday of every month Where: Inverness Central Library, Farraline Park, IV1 1NH Time: 10:00am – 12:00pm Next session: Thursday, 26 February

Come along, meet the team, try out the equipment, and see how small bits of tech can make a big difference. There will be demonstrations, interactive activities, friendly staff ready to chat, and of course—free tea and coffee!

This event is open to everyone: members of the public, staff across Health & Social Care, and colleagues in the third sector. It’s a great opportunity to see what support is available and how you can help others live happier, healthier lives.

Sharing is Caring! Please pass this on to your teams, colleagues, and anyone who may benefit. Feel free to print the attached posters for staff areas or share the PNG version electronically.

We’d love to see you there—pop in and discover what Wellbeing Tech Thursdays are all about!
